A complete digital transformation for auto service centers

Milani Oil Change Management System was designed to replace the fragmented, manual workflows that plague independent auto service centers. Technicians were recording services on paper, reminders were missed, and customer history was practically untrackable. The goal was to deliver a modern, intuitive web application that consolidates service recording, customer management, automated reminders, and business analytics — all in one place.

Independent oil change centers in Iran operate with little-to-no digital infrastructure. Each visit relies on paper forms, verbal communication, and the technician's memory. This results in lost revenue, poor customer experience, and zero business intelligence.

A searchable database of all customers with their vehicles, contact details, and service preferences — accessible in seconds.

Service History

Full timestamped log of every service performed, with oil brand, filter type, mileage, and technician notes.

Staff Management

Assign technicians to services, track their workload, and manage shifts without phone calls or paper rosters.

Marketing Tools

Segment customers by last visit date or oil type and send targeted SMS reminders to bring them back.
